 น่าจะมีความผิดตาม ปอ.ม.180(นำสืบหรือแสดงหลักฐานอันเป็นเท็จ) ถ้าเป็นข้อสำคุัญในคดี..จำคุกสามปี ปรับ 6 หมื่นบาท...

  และตาม  พรบ.ว่าด้วยความรับผิดของพนักงานในองค์กรฯ พ.ศ.2502   พนักงานที่ส่งเอกสารเท็จ  ย่อมมีความผิด ตาม ม.11...จำคุก 1-10 ปี...
