Investigation to find source of manufacture of  fake products and or in violation of intellectual properties.

Practical Procedure :

-          Investigate to locate source or origin of manufacture of fake products and or products in violation of intellectual properties with an emphasis on suspicious sources provided e.g. trading partners or representatives, or the inside persons.

-          Verify data on the use of telephone of the suspects for expansion to an arrest.

-          Send a detective team to track on the suspect and disguise to get close to the target.

-          Collection supporting evidences and then take photographs, video tape.

-          Coordinate with economic crime police for an issue of a warrant of arrest.

-          Coordinate with the Intellectual Property Court for on issue a warrant of search.

Arrest and seizure of equipment, machinery uses for manufacture of fake products and imitated products.

-          Delivery of offender to the local police station.

-          Negotiation on indemnity of damage. 

-          Accept authorization to follow up with legal proceeding in court as well as testifying or the process of taking of evidence.

-          Conduct case in court to full completion or an order by the supreme court will be obtained.
